Sorry to bother or to ask something that has been already fixed I didn t found the thread for this exactly problem.
In my company we use OSticket v1.18 (724de45)
MySQL 10.3.27
PHP 8.1.29
We use Oauth2 from Microsoft and the issue we have is that after some time 3-4 weeks the token is expiring and is not renewing itself. I need to manually activate the new token in order to receive emails and tickets. Is there any script/api/ that can renew the token automatically, it is possibile to increase the token lifetime or even better not to expire at all?? Have anyone else encountered this problem?
I would like some help if possible from you guys.
