OAuth2 cURL error 60 - certificate error

Hi dears,
I would like to activate Oauth plugin to be working with O365 , I purchased certificate from godaddy and installed it successfully to IIS server when trying to add E-mails and use Oauth Microsoft plugin I face the attached error "cURL 60" after some search I downloaded cacert.pem certificate and added it under path C:\PHP\extras\ssl and updated the php.ini file with the line ;curl.cainfo = "C:\PHP\extras\ssl\cacert.pem" restared the IIS server but the same error still exist , osticket version is v1.18.1 , php version 8.3.9 Kindly I need some help to fix this problem

You should’ve read the requirements before installing/upgrading. You would’ve seen that PHP 8.3 is not yet supported. I would downgrade to 8.2 asap.
Then either you modified the wrong config you downloaded the wrong file or something along those lines. Please lookup a guide online specific to your server and then retry. This is not an osTicket issue rather a PHP issue.

I'm getting the cURL error 60 on PHP 8.2.22 running on Windows IIS. Is there max supported version of PHP? I was able to upgrade both MariaDB and OSTicket up to more recent versions, but PHP isn't working with 8.2.22

Yes the requirements show v1.18.1 supports PHP 8.1-8.2. So max would be 8.2. It’s very easy to resolve the curl error 60:

I found the issue. I was missing openssl.cafile=c:\program files\PHP\v8.2\cacert.pem from my php.ini, and the actual cacert.pem file in that location.
