Ticket Info using API

Not able to get the ticket info using the API (endpoints), the endpoints that are in format of "endpoints/api/http.php/tickets/ticketInfo?ticketNumber=01" Shows 400 bad request error

Can I get the working endpoints for ticket details retrieval ,and correct url (endpoints) because I am working with the postman
Can give the steps to follow in postman ,like where to entry the api and token all details pls

The API only allows for Ticket creation and that’s it. There is no way to retrieve data from the API.

Please say any alternative method to retrieve the ticket status and update the ticket status in osticket system
I want to retrieve the ticket details and edit ticket not directly in osticket I want to do in postman

If the codebase modified is difficult, show me the alternative method like storing the ticket in the database or csv ,retrieve the ticket from there
I came to know that the ticket are stored in mysql , I want the methods to retrieve the ticket from the OSticket's Mysql Tabel if possible
