I am using OSTicket for some tasks that have more than one ticket related to them for some of the projects I am working on. I have added the keyword "Project - " to the Issue Summary to better track those specific tickets/tasks.
I have created a Queue view under the Parent Queue of "My Tickets" where Issue Summary contains the keyword/phrase "Project - ". This correctly pulls in the view I want and shows only tickets for the "Projects" I am working with.
I wanted to create another view under "My Tickets" where it would be all tickets except those that contained the keyword "Project - " in the Issue Summary. However, I don't see that as an option.
My original critieria is "Issue Summary contains 'Project - '". I don't see an option for "does not contain".
Is there a way to filter out the keyword "Project - " under this ticket queue view so that I can see tickets that don't contain "Project - " in the Issue Summary? Thanks.
