Email Template Font

I have changed the Email Template font to Arial under Email-Templates. But the emails are received as Times New Roman still

Also I have added %{ticket.thread.complete.reversed} to my Response/Reply Template. How do I change the Ticket owner and Agent name font/color in the Reply Thread which Is Bold Orange and Blue not. Want to change this to normal Black

You can’t change the thread coloring as it uses the PDF template which displays like it would in the ticket thread.

Do you have any other template sets that you need to update? Are you certain the font changes saved? Did you actually highlight all the text and change the font and then save?

Individually highlighted and updated all the Templates, Fonts are working fine now, thanks
