Blank popup issue

I have installed osTicket 1.18 application on my servers. While adding Teams and setting password for the Agents, the blank popup comes and the screen got freezed. Please tell me the solution for this as I am unable to add members in the application.

You should’ve read the requirements before installing. PHP 8.3 is not supported at this time. Also, you are behind on the osTicket version. Lastly, NGINX is not supported out of the box.

Downgrade PHP to 8.2.
Upgrade osTicket to v1.18.1.
Either switch to a supported web server like Apache/LiteSpeed/IIS or go online and find an osTicket NGINX site config with all appropriate rules.
