High CPU Utilization when click, search or filter Tickets in OsTicket

Hi Team,
We are continues facing problem in OsTicket platform whenever we do click on any filter, search in OsTicket its keep loading and CPU utilization get higher.

We suspecting this is might be due to database query is taking longer time or having large data. Please help to solve this issue and optimize the performance of ticket load and avoid high CPU utilization.

Other than that you can dedicate more resources to MariaDB, etc.

Okay, But I am suspecting this is might be some of table column indexing is missing or may be need to rebuild.
So, if you could help with table and column name where we should check and do indexing of table columns.
mainly in advance searches like searching with Ticket number and filtering with ticket status and assignee.

Go look at the tables yourself and see. There are many tables that affect this.
