Expired cookie

I use Osticket's latest version. I face a cookie problem. I found the problem is when an expired cookie is, it is not a renewed cookie. Can I config something?

I just truncated ost_session and disabled the option to bind agent session to IP. But the problem is still happening.

Then your issue is something else. Maybe because you are using NGINX? Can you try the same with supported web server like Apache/LiteSpeed?
