Hey all,
I've added some filters to my system so that only emails from company users can create tickets.
For anonymity, let's say my company domain is "@DomainA"
The filter was set up to NOT reject "@DomainA" and this is still working fine.
However when trying to add the same exception to "@DomainB", it doesn't let the ticket through:
The part scratched off in red is an email address from "person@DomainB.com"
I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, just not sure what. Any help is appreciated.
