Unregistred users cannot add to ticket when using ticket link from e-mail

When using the link from a confirmation mail (https://example.com/view.php?auth=[token]) and then trying to add a new message to the ticket, after clicking on "Create answer" the error "Message required" is shown. So, as if the user would have typed nothing into the message textfield. Is this a known issue?

Upgrade to v1.18.1 if you have not done so already and ensure you are using PHP 8.1-8.2 with all needed/required extensions. Other than that if you are running Apache you can try changing it from PREFORK to FAST_CGI, restart Apache, and retest.

KevinTheJedi Thank you! I'm already on 1.18.1. So, with PHP 8.3, which I'm currently running, this is a known issue?

Read the version requirements, 8.3 is not fully supported at this time.
