Images in email dont show

Hello, please help me with the OSTicket configuration. Everything works for us, the notification goes to the email, but when the basic task is done and the image is inserted directly into the text in Outlook, the image is not visible. If I send a test email with an image from the diagnostics tab, the image is displayed. Don't know where the problem could be? Thank you very much for your help.

Can you check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors? Screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. Also, provide a little more detail if possible.

One issue is you are not using the latest. You are using a version that had bugs that have since been addressed. Your issue could be related.

You should always upgrade to the latest supported versions and retest issue before reporting them as they could already be addressed.

TLDR;
Upgrade to v1.17.5 (or v1.18.1), upgrade PHP if possible, and retest.
