Hi there, i maded a modification to enable to send responses to the ticket via whatsapp (it doesnt use the api, it uses a whatsapp link to generate the message).
is maded to post the reply on the ticket thread with a legend saying sended via whatsapp. it takes the text from the response box, so it can be used with predefined responses. it uses the number from the phone field of the contact information form.

all you have to do is edit include/staff/ticket-view.inc.php and add the next code just after the next line
