I am currently using your solution but I have a big problem. Currently, unregistered users do not have the ability to create a ticket even though the option is enabled, indicating that an account is not required to create a ticket.
I can currently create a ticket because I am registered as an admin on the site. My colleague, who has the same rights as me, can also create a ticket, but his ticket never arrives in the control panel.
Additionally, I can also create a ticket with my personal email address (which is different from the one registered in the admin panel) and it works. But for everyone else, it doesn't work.
Can you help me?
