Mails are not fetched by auto cron.

After I configured OAuth2 for remote mailbox, I can see the created token in the config tab.

But after a few minutes, that setting are empty again. Is that a correct behaviour? Because i can not see there any error.

Just for testing I have acitvated the auto cron and an agent is still logged in.

But no mails will be fetched.

You need to configure the Hostname and Port Number, set the Status to Enable, and Save Changes. You’ll also want to enable fetching globally (Admin Panel > Emails > Settings).

I already configured these settings, Port Number, Status.....but after a few minutes, these setting are empty again.

Email fetching is also configured.

Then it sounds like you aren’t saving changes when you fill out the host name and port number.
