New Tickets don't appear in Agent --> Ticket section

New tickets actually only appear in the users section grouped by the email address and NOT in the ticket summary page. I can see them as "open (1)" but when I click on that menue item the listview remains empty..?

As you can see a new ticket is shown as open (1) but cannot be visualized in the overview. The only area where I can see it is the user section.

I remember that in an older version all tickets were shown sequentially in the tickets section.

Okay, so first thing is you have a mod installed (osTicket Awesome). We do not support this mod nor are we affiliated in any way with that mod. With that being said, you should check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
