Save settings button?

Hello
I am working on osTicket (v1.18.1)

I have a slight problem with adding a new user/Representative.
I don't know why, but the "save settings" button disappeared.
I checked on 3 different browsers, the same everywhere.

See the image below of trying to add a new user.
Why can't I see the "save settings" button?

Seems like something is breaking or something. Check all logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

In the Dashboard > System Logs tab, 6 pieces of information

3x Reporting prohibited
The report was rejected (Mailer-Daemon@MY_HOSTING.com) by the "BAN LIST SYSTEM" filter
and
3x API Error (403)
Unable to create new ticket :Report prohibited: Mailer-Daemon@MY_HOSTING.com This Help Topic is only available to authorized users

So nothing important or dangerous

In the Dashboard > Audit Logs tab, you can't see anything, the page won't load. You can see the header and footer but without the "middle". It's a bit strange.

In the Dashboard > Information tab, I only have 1 piece of information
"cgi.fix_pathinfo" > "1" is recommended if AJAX is not working

Check your PHP error logs, web server error logs, etc.

Unfortunately I'm still fighting but I'm losing 🙁
I can't handle it and I still don't have a "save" button, so I can't make any changes - add a new user or change the current settings.

Is there any remote assistance option?

Can you delete the audit log plugin from the server, delete the audit log plugin record in the _plugin table, delete the associated audit log plugin records in the _plugin_instance table, and retest?

You can also edit your bootstrap.php file, set display_errors and display_startup_errors to 1, save the file, and reload the page to see if any errors are thrown on screen.
