I've already configured Crom to do periodic pulling, but I can't find where I configure my email box to get specific messages from the OSticket. Where is this configuration and how to do it?

This goes over how to add a new System Email and how to configure Fetching/Sending. In order to get Gmail working with IMAP and SMTP you will need to ensure your system is all the way up to date with v1.18.1, install the OAuth2 Plugin, install and enable the URL Rewrite module on your webserver, and run through this documentation to register a Google Project, enable Gmail API Permissions, etc.
