How to set the system to send me 2 different email notifications according to the time (working hour and after working hours), for example from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., to send template1 email notification and from 4:01 p.m. to 7:59 p.m. template2 email notification, wiht sample text> to the ticket email we will deal with it during working hours...
