Time Worked

In my installation of OsTicket 1.9.4 there is a Time Worked field where I can enter time in minutes. How can I export all tickets closed including the Time Worked field?

Wow you are using a SUPER old version. It’s no longer supported so you will receive no assistance unless you are running a supported version.

I will say that traditionally the only fields that can be exported are the ones on the Ticket Details form. If it’s on a custom form you will not be able to export it unless you run manual SQL queries.
