I can't close, assign task.....

Hello , Could you help me please ?
I am new person of osticket and I have a problem with task .
I can't close, assign task.....

When I create task , then I can't close or assign it .
Where I do a mistake ?

View the Task to see why. Maybe you are missing a required field. Also, check your Agent Permissions. Maybe you do not have permissions to close it.
