I need to migrate the osticket database from mariadb to Oracle. But I'm having trouble, could anyone help?

osTicket only supports MySQL and MariaDB databases; as stated in the requirements. So I do not think you will ever get that working. With this being said the new v2.0 that's currently in the works will support a variety of database backends as it will be using Laravel's Eloquent as the core ORM.
