Below is an example using your needed criteria showing the functionality clear as day.
Search Criteria
(note the criteria is any Ticket that has a Due Date set, is Overdue, and has an Assignee within the given date range)
Search Results Before Closing
(note the Ticket shown in the results)
Ticket Is Closed
(note there is no assignee, no due date, and no overdue)
Search Results After Closing
(note the previous Ticket does not appear as it is closed and the assignee, due date, and overdue was cleared)
The same thing would also happen if you were to search for each criteria individually. Also, if you perform a generic search that includes said closed Tickets the columns for Assignee, Overdue, and Due Date will be empty (as that information is cleared on closing).
