I have set the SLA time to be used during working hours, but the SLA is still counting the time outside of working hours. How can I fix this in osTicket (v1.16.5)?

- Upgrade to a currently supported version (v1.18.1 or v1.17.5). Staying up-to-date with the latest releases ensure you have all of the latest features, bug fixes, and security patches.
- Did you attach a Schedule to the SLA that has the needed business hours set? Is the Schedule being overwritten with the Department settings (as explained in the Schedule Help Tip within the SLAs)?
