Unable to modify system settings

After finishing osTicket installation, I can't configure the system settings. When I go to the "System Settings and Preferences" tab, most of the elements that should be there aren't present. Even the fields that show up cannot be modified as the "Save changes" button isn't there.

The installation was finished recently and the system isn't in use yet as configuration hasn't been possible. The only user right now is the administrator created during installation.

Definitely have a fatal error being thrown which should be logged in your PHP/webserver error logs.

You can definitely try that however if you run into the same issue you will need to look for the actual error being thrown. You can also modify your bootstrap.php file, set display_errors and display_startup_errors to 1, save it, and retry. This should output the error on screen instead of digging through logs.

Please Note:
Be sure to revert the changes once you find the error as this is not meant for production use. If you leave these options enabled the system will display the errors and other information on screen which is not good for many reasons.

For anyone facing a similar issue, after trying some options, it seems my error was caused by the language pack. The issue wasn't present when I chose English during installation, but it presented again when I tried to change the language again. I was using es_mx. I haven't tried other language packs yet, though.

What spot specifically was it dying at? Maybe a translator translated something wrong in the language pack which is causing the page to break.
