Tickets duplicating

Good day.
I trust you are well. We are experiencing an issue where our client is getting duplicated tickets on their ticketing system.
Server Specs:
Amount of tickets - thousands of tickets that are generated daily
DB rows: 2.3 million rows
Server specs: Runs on SSD's, 8 core processor, 24GB RAM

Sounds like you either have multiple cron jobs running at once causing duplicate fetch sequences or you have the Fetch on auto cron setting enabled with an active cron job running. You cannot have a cron job running and auto cron enabled otherwise this is exactly what happens.
