    It appears you did not set a Role Permission for the Staff member (or maybe it wasn't saved correctly). Have an Admin go to Admin Panel > Agents > Agents, click your name, click Access, add a Primary Department, add a Role, and Save Changes. Then you should be able to login without error.

        Thank you for your reply, you are right, I forgot to save the access settings for my own user, which resulted in me not being able to access it.
