I want to make customization for the product, so how to add performance and rating for staff based on the ticket topic weight and priority and time achievement ? is there any ready tool or plugin ?

The most we have is the Dashboard Statistics and Ticket Queue Exports. We do not have any core plugins that adds additional metrics. You can always customize the code to your liking. However when customizing the codebase you are always on your own as you are deviating from core. You will proceed at your own risk. Good luck!
