I'm experiencing an issue with osTicket where the sound notifications for new tickets are not working despite enabling the option in the admin panel. I've double-checked my browser settings, ensuring that sound notifications are allowed, but I still don't hear any sound when a new ticket is created.
I was simply seeking advice on troubleshooting this specific issue. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Are there additional browser settings or osTicket configurations that I might be overlooking?
