Descargar ticket con adjuntos

Observo que solo se puede descargar el ticket en pdf pero no contiene los archivos adjuntos, ni tampoco el link de un video en youtube. Como se puede realizar.

The option to export attachments with the PDF is definitely there. You just need to click the dropdown arrow next to the Print button and select it:

Note, this requires you to have the zip extension installed and enabled for PHP. We state this requirement in Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information under the PHP Extensions section.

gracias, no se mostraba en el menu desplegable por que faltaba habilitarlo en el php.ini y tenia que estar instalado en el servidor el php8.2-zip, en mi caso. Gracias otra vez.
