Is there a way to a customize forms and/or apply certain forms to sections of the user setup? For example, we want to create a field called Phone Challenge Response to use for password reset verifications. We want this to be enabled only if the end user is setting themselves up as new user or if an Agent is setting them up. We don't want to enable that field simply for someone who is creating a ticket as a guest.
I added the field to the Contact form but it also shows for guests opening a ticket. I am not sure where to change the settings/form selection for each of these sections (opening a new ticket vs registering as a user) so that it doesn't show on the "Open a new ticket" form but does show on the User Registration form.
