Can you provide more information? Can you post any helpful screenshots showing the issue? A screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information would be nice as well.

These are the screenshots of osticket info, view of user portal (where no response of agent is viewable) and view of response by Agent via Agent Panel
In your screenshots, the Agent is posting an Internal Note; not a Reply. Make sure the Agent is using the Post Reply tab and not the Internal Note tab.

Anyway, I will confirm this issue after some time please.
You may want to check the Agent’s access to that Ticket to ensure they have the appropriate permissions to post a Reply. They may only have the Internal Note tab available and think that’s the Reply box.
You may close the ticket please.
