hello every one
osticket version v1.18.1(0375576)
web server software litespeed
mySQL version 10.6.16
PHP version 8.1.28

when i'm trying to export a weekly report by using search criteria [

When I press the export button, no results appear, and the page remains stuck to a small white rectangle

i tried to replace the browser also tried to reduce the number of criteria
still same issue.
please need your help

No, check all possible logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.).

exporting not working is usually related to a permission issue on your temp folder.
Your php error or apache logs should indicate if I am right.
