I just installed 1.18.x but It doesn't look like the css is loading. The formatting looks awful. Has anyone seen this happen before? Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Seems like something isn’t right. Check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

Ah, yes. Having the appropriate ownership would definitely be helpful. 😉
