Upgrade to new version

I would like to know if I would update our osTicket to version 1.18 since we are currently using 1.14, would there be a big impact/changes on the process or setup? Please help. I am afraid that if I start to update the version, we won't be able to use it anymore

Upgrading is simple. We have Upgrade Documentation here:

Just make sure you backup your database and site files in case you need to revert back.
