Questions about exporting reports

Hello, I would like to ask two questions.

1- Can I export the list of ticket queues in another format? Today it exports in CSV, I would like to export or in XLSX and PDF.

2- Can I format the print layout of the ticket that comes in PDF?

You can only export CSV from Queues and Searches. You can export PDF but you have to go into each Ticket individually and manually print to PDF.
You cannot format the PDF template natively.

With both options you’d need to customize the code. When customizing the code you are always on your own as you are deviating from core. You must proceed at your own risk. Good luck!
