I need update the actual version where i'm work it's 1.9.4 this work correctly but have a problem when need a more schedule with sla and other some problems. Now before update installed a new ticket 1.18 and restore the backup and these can't upload all database the problem is for a diferent of DB or what else? I need upload at the version progressive or can upgrade to 1.18 ? Sorry if my eng is no comprensible for all

I need to upgrade from version 1.9.4 to a current version or go progressively. However, the issue I'm facing is that when I bring the database, it gives me some errors. Currently, version 1.9.4 is working perfectly without any problems. But we need some modifications for the SLA theme and other added integrations.
Before upgrading to version 1.18 without any prior steps, I've set up a version 1.18.x. We restored the database from the same version, but when trying to access or test it, it's not fetching all the data from the database. (Meaning 1.9.4 backup -> restore on 1.18.x)
Is this the right way we're doing it, or is there another way?

Necesito actualizar desde la version 1.9.4 a una version actual o ir progresivamente. pero el problema me radica en que al traer la base de datos esta me da algunos errores.
Actualmente la version 1.9.4 esta funcionando perfectamente sin problemas. pero necesitamos algunas modificaciones para el tema del SLA y otras integraciones añadidas.
Antes de actualizar a la version 1.18 sin algun pase anterior. E levantado una version 1.18.x restauramos la base de datos de la misma pero a la hora de ingresar o querer probar esta no esta tomando todo los datos de la base de datos. (Es decir 1.9.4 backup -> restore on 1.18.x)
Esto esta forma en la que estamos haciendo esta bien o es otra forma?
