Hello, how complicated is it and what steps are necessary to be able to migrate from version 1.10.1 to the most current one?

Not difficult at all. We have Upgrade Documentation here:
Just be sure to backup of your database and site files before embarking on the upgrade just in case you need to rollback for any reason. It’s also important to note the latest releases of osTicket require different versions of PHP, etc. Be sure to check your desired release’s prerequisites so you have those ready before/during the upgrade.
