Where is the builtin form defined?

is it hardecoded on the php? if so which file holds the code

or is it hardcoded to sql file?

    Go to:
    Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms
    There are five (5) built in forms there, and if you have any customer forms they would be there also.

      No.

      You edit can edit the built in forms in osTicket.
      Or you can create a new form in osTicket and edit it in osTicket.
