Hi, I create a task and assigned to an agent. However, when I view the task details, it always says that the task is unassigned. What happened and how to fix this.

    Please post a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. I cannot replicate your issue. Can you check your logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors?
