Thank you for the ERD... Really what I wanted to do is to get to my query body and title columns and I found them in ostsearch but there is [content] column which is exactly what I was looking for... when I join ticket_id from ost_ticket with object_id from ostsearch is what I think will work, but now I have to dsitinguish how to choose one record of ost__search when I get sometimes 2 or 3 or even 4 to each ticket_id... If you would have any suggestions if I am going in good direction would mean a lot to me... Thank you so much Kevin 🙂
