Undefined 500

Dear Sir/Madam,
Appreciate it if you could advice and guide me on resolving the following:

Issue 1: Requesting assistance on the error 500 when attaching the file (when creating a new ticket). The file is below 100kb.
Issue 2: When uploading a new image for Company Profile > Logos, error file upload error #6

You are having system temporary directory permission issues with PHP. You need to add the full path to the system temporary directory in the PHP.INI file's open_basedir directive, restart PHP and the web server, and retest. You can also google “how to resolve PHP file upload error #6 on IIS”.
