If Tickets have attachments the link attached in the notification mail doesn't work. I found out, that the link is different, than the link from OSticket Webinterface
https://my.domain.com/file.php?key=xuxlodybosxtu-ujovbalrtmghqix--q&expires=1715040000&signature=f984243951d18f7dcdcdcd6788d4f5ac9ef723d9&id=5766
vs the not working:

The signature and the expires date are different.
Does anybody has a clou how to fix this?

Do you have Admin Panel > Settings > System > Attachment Settings and Storage > Login Required enabled? If so, try disabling it and resending a new email to see if the new attachment link works.
Cheers.
Hi Kevin, the setting you asked for was disabled. I enabled the checkbox, saved and disabled it again for testing purpose. no change. I've got different dates and signatures and the missing id
That expiration was for Saturday, May 4, 2024 12:00:00 AM GMT. Attachment links can expire pretty quickly - it finds the nearest midnight time and sets that. Can you send a new attachment so it generates a new link and retest by clicking the link as soon as you get it?
