I got a white screen after filling out setup information.
this installation is on Windows Server 2016 with Apache and PHP 7.2 installed.

I resolved this issue.
Would you mind sharing your resolution in case someone else runs into the same issue in the future?
My guess it was update PHP to PHP8.0. 🙂
