Strange Link Issue in Osticket

Hello,

I'm currently experiencing a rather strange issue with our osticket.
It seems that this problem generally occurs when there are images in the original email.

When I try to edit a message or create a ticket like this:

A strange link appears and the entire content of the message becomes "clickable", making text editing impossible.

I'm not sure if I'm being clear, but I'm available for further information.

Here are the characteristics of my osticket server.

For one, you are using a 3rd party theme. You should remove the theme and retest using a vanilla osTicket installation. If you can still replicate the issue after removing the theme then it's likely the HTML from the email itself that's being parsed incorrectly or has some HTML that is unbalanced and causing a rendering issue in the text editor. You can always view the raw HTML in the text editor to see what's causing it to malform.
