Your first screenshot is saying your server cannot connect to the host "mail.gmail.com". This is because the host "mail.mail.com" does not actually exist. The real hostname to use would depend on the method you are using so for IMAP it'd be imap.gmail.com, for POP3 it'd be pop.gmail.com, and for SMTP it'd be smtp.gmail.com.

That error means your server cannot connect to "correo.mujer.gov.py" host and/or port 993. This can mean a multitude of different things including firewall restrictions, port not open, port blocked, the host is rejecting the connection, etc. You should contact your server administrator and/or mail administrator and/or hosting provider for further assistance.

ya habilite los puertos 993 y y me salta este error
