Locked Out of osTicket as Admin

I had a working osTicket installation 1.17 that I cannot log into anymore. I'm getting "Authentication Required".

I was making some changes to the SMTP email settings to try to set up Microsoft Oauth2. The settings returned an authentication error. Then I accidentally closed the browser. When I attempted to log back in, I get the authentication error.

Not sure why this broke. Any advice?

This is running on IIS, PHP 8.3.2, My Sql 5.7.44

I have confirmed the admin user name and password is correct. I have restarted website in IIS. Still I am unable to log into osTicket now. Again, this problem occurred after making some unsuccessful changes to the SMTP outgoing email settings.

First, please read the requirements before installing/upgrading. You would've seen that PHP 8.3 is not supported. You need to downgrade to PHP 8.2.

Secondly, you need to check all possible logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.
