Dear Support,
We are using v1.18 OSTicket and having LDAP Authentication issues since a couple of days, it resolves after rebooting the machine. However, we able to login from local account and everything seems fine there. Also tried to disabled/enabled the plugin but no luck. Connectivity from OSTicket machine to our Domain is also showing fine. Is there any known issue going on? how we can fix that?
