Hello! I've just installed osTicket v1.18.1 (0375576) on ubuntu. Php version is 8.1.2-1ubuntu2.15. When I try to add a new organization, I receive a blank modal form (see attached pic). I installed the italian language but I verified that the issue is the same using the default language. I used Chrome and Edge browser.

You will need to look at your various logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

Hi, finally I found the solution to the issue. I removed nginx and install apache. All is working fine. Thank you.
