New to osTicket and wow I am really impressed!
I have had a good read of the docs and the Forum in general but wanted to know if there are any ways to display a chart that shows (say) Tickets by Date by Type? I mean it could go a million different ways. I noted there are some links to older sites and some notes about modifying PHP etc but they were also old. Even at a push to export data out and I could run it through Excel or Sheets.
I can see a lot of uses for these kind of analytics in general and was curious if other users had any comments or links to pages that may outline some of this or how they handled it.
