Como puedo determinar cual es el ticket que contiene ese adjunto y la razon por la cual da ese error

    That means that file is either missing or has inappropriate permissions/ownership. You should check that full file path to see if the file is there and if so fix the permissions/ownership. If not then in order to track it down you’ll have to look at the Database ERDs to see how the attachment table relates to thread entries.

      I have the same issue here. I already checked for the files, they are missing. Is there an easy way to remove them from the database or do I have to manually track them down in every table?

        Delete the associated attachments records and file records. For any inline images you will still have references in each thread entry body. Those will need manual search and removal as the references are embedded in the actual entry HTML.
